Rev Run, as part of hip-hop legend Run DMC, made the Adidas shell toe sneaker part of his signature look, and in doing so launched a cultural phenomenon which was captured by Run DMC’s 1986 hit track “My Adidas”.
The Icon sneaker is a nod to Adidas and those groundbreaking times, with an updated shell toe, clean white on whites and a single black stripe.
