Mr. Chows, an upscale Chinese restaurant and celebrity hangout, must be a real favorite of hers in her new LA hometown– that’s where she and her sister Vanessa Simmons (otherwise known as the designers behind PASTRY) had the Pastry 1 year anniversary party last month.
