What would you wear this Pastry tee with?

Just released yesterday. This is very different from the spring collection. Pastry by Run Athletics, designed by Angela and Vanessa Simmons of Run’s House.

I think I have to see this one on. I like the black on black sequins. The colors are pretty on the feather mask against the black tee. What I want to know is, are the eyeholes cutouts?? Or is it white fabric??
