Of course we all know that Kimora Lee Simmons, creative director for Baby Phat, was married to Vanessa and Angela Simmons uncle, Russell Simmons.
Kimora’s been in the fashion biz since she was discovered as a model at age 13. She started Baby Phat in 1998 and has been brushing aside haters ever since, now running 4 fashion brands with annual revenues estimated around $200 million. Kimora’s all about looking good while stacking paper to the ceiling.

Over the years Kimora’s watched Angela and Vanessa grow up, star in a successful reality show, then start their footwear line which took off faster than you can say Run’s House! Pastry is now a direct competitor to Baby Phat. Annual revenues for Pastry are rumored to be over $50 million this year.
