Angela Simmons and the Paparazzi

Once a celeb starts to become recognized by the general public, look out here come the paparazzi, especially if you live in Los Angeles like PASTRY designers Angela and Vanessa Simmons. Each star is different in how they deal with photographers springing out of the bushes when they walk out their front door.

Beyonce not giving it up

When YOU become a star, you’ll have to figure out your paparazzi game plan. Which tactic would you choose?

1. All publicity is good publicity! Befriend the paps, even tip them off when you’re going to be somewhere, give them lots of photo and interview opportunities. Star examples: T.I. and Tiny, Star Jones, Kim Kardashian
2. Paparazzis are a necessary evil! Don’t seek them out, don’t play their game. But if they find me, I’ll be nice while trying to run away as soon as possible. Star examples: Katie Holmes, Rihanna
3. Paparazzis are leeches and they invade my privacy! Don’t cooperate, hide my face if they do find me, and strike back if they cross the line.  Star examples: Beyonce, Kanye, Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake

A couple weeks ago, the paps found Angela as she was valeting her car (a gift from Bow Wow) at the Beverly Center, a swanky mall in LA. The cameraman even knows she was dating Terry TK Kennedy!

Which strategy did Angela choose?

I hate the paps. I wish that they would leave these people alone. Just because they want to live out there dreams and live in LA does not mean they should be followed. Ang looks great though

d only dha paparazzi get payed 4 iz 2 make stars luk bad i mean itz desperation 4real but Angela handled dem calmly she waz jus walkin away & didnt say 2 much or 2 lil!!!!
