‘Daddy’s Little Girls’ will be a brand new reality series featuring celeb kids Vanessa and Angela Simmons, focusing on their “lives in L.A. and what’s going on with us”. The show is an MTV-spinoff of “Run’s House“, which showcased the rest of the girls’ family including patriarch Joseph “Rev Run” Simmons of the groundbreaking hiphop group Run DMC.
The Simmons sisters moved to LA last year from the east coast so that Vanessa could better pursue her fledgling acting career. Airing in January 2009, the show will follow the young entrepeneurs as they continue to grow their Pastry shoes empire as well as giving fans a closer look at their personal lives.
This sounds something like their (ex) aunt Kimora Lee Simmons reality show “Life in the Fab Lane”. It will be so cool to see how V&A run their game, come up with design ideas and to keep up with their new adventures in live and love!
Vanessa Simmons tells blackvoices.com “[I’m] still doing acting and I’m moving along… I appreciate my process because that’s going to make me stronger in the end and the best talent that I can possibly give the world.” She just began filming a new movie opposite Marques Houston last week. Vanessa has done two movies so far this year. Haven’t heard which ones they are, but I’ll be seeing them for sure.

Angela Simmons is executive editor of WordUp! magazine, and this past summer she debuted her first track “Center of Attention”. There are unconfirmed rumors that she plans to come out with a full R&B album.
Apparently there will be a new Pastry clothing line for the grown ones! It will be targeting “the more demure and sophisticated older girl who may not have realized she’s a ‘Pastry’ girl yet.” Vanessa says it will launch around Fall 2009 – just in time for back to school. |

I love the idea of v&a is having their own show I know I’m going to watch it, I think its good to see such role models in there everyday life when its just focused on them it gives them a since of reallnes.
