The Marshmallow Wedge is Pastry’s second try at a knee high boot… and I am loving this 2.0 version.
Last year’s style, called Marshmallow, tracked to more of an Ugg style with a flat heel and a straight pipe bootleg. It had a nice gold chain at the heel with a Pastry nameplate, but that really was the only distinguishing feature. Don’t get me wrong, I like them and in fact I have them in Berry! But… To me, the Marshmallow wedge is a bit more glammed up and more my style. Liking the large Pastry logo in pink embroidery at the heel, the pink contrast stitching and a fitted bootleg that narrows at the ankle. And of course, the low platform heel makes them that much more interesting! |
