Hopefully y’all saw the first episode of Daddy’s Girls last night.
Let’s break it down, shall we? Ready, set… GO!!
Let’s talk about Angela and Vanessa Simmons’ LA apartment. I don’t really know about you guys, but I kinda feel like the apartment setting is weirdly similar to the one lived in by those foolish girls from “The Hills”. Did anyone else notice that?

Anyways, Angela and Vanessa seems to have a lot of fun with their neighbor Alycia. I thought Alycia would be real tall, turns out she’s quite petite and very pretty!
Remember that scene above, in the restaurant? That’s where Angela talks about how she is saving herself until marriage. She’s such a role model!
Next we have cousin Jessica arriving from NY to help the girls with the Pastry business. Vanessa immediately calls a girls-meeting.
And this is the result of the meeting. lol
I feel bad for Jessica who has to sleep on their couch. Hope the West Coast Pastry business gets up and running real quick so Jess can have her own room!
Alycia did a nice thing setting Angela up on a blind date with Schwee (“His name sounds like a sound effect,” said cousin Jess), but I don’t think I’d be too thrilled if I’m being set up with a guy who takes me to a tango club. And has a wack goatee. LOL! The dancing scene was too much!
Although Angela didn’t feel the tango vibe from Schwee, I love the ending of the show where Angela decides to just get over T.K. by “throwing” her ring off the hill. Course it turns out she was just pretending but it’s the thought that counts.
Overall, I think my favorite moments are those where Rev. Run keeps calling to check up on the girls and keeps getting caught by Justine! LOL! He reminds me of my dad.

EVEN FROM THE OUTSIDE..that guy schwee—eeww lol wat a weirdo u could tell he wanted 2 kiss her while they were dancin but she didnt let it happen ha! good 4 her! poor daddy he went crazy callin them basically every min…& then sending them their personal stuff wow….I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SHOW CANT WAIT 4 NEXT MONDAY!!! =) <3
It kinda looks the same, but I see a little diffrence…the doors are in a diffrent place…maybe its the same complex, but not the same appartment…
Loved the show…V&A why did you make Jess sleep on the couch? she is so ADORABLE to me…Alycia looks kinda like Vanessa a little…I like her little dog, so cute…I'm glad Ang went on the blind date, it helped her know there are more fishies in the sea (but Schwee is not a good catch for her)…Rev Run is HILARIOUS he said Ang called him (yeah after you told her too)…LOL

ha ha! reminds me of a blind date i had before~ some random 'mall rat' when i was out with my girl! ha ha~ don't try it again! that ended up being a big 'No-No!' lol
