Finally we have news about Vanessa and Angela Simmons’ new eyewear collection for Pastry. The Simmons sisters, who are obviously busy with their Daddy’s Girls show, are to design a unique and inspiring eyewear collection for Pastry, teaming up with B.BASE I.D.G. The upcoming Pastry eyewear collection will have 8 super tasty style flavors where each will be detailed with diamond kiss tips, “crystal” temples, lazered lenses, kiss nose pads (yeah, I wonder how they look like too) and much much more. These small but important details are in line with the slogan: Sweet, Chic and Unique. And guess what, they’re not only sunglasses, but also for readers who need real glasses. I say awesome.

The best thing about it is, the Pastry Eyewear collection will debut nationwide in August 2009 so we won’t have to wait too long. I’m really intrigued by the names as they sound fun already. They’ll have “Flap Jack Classic” and “Flap Jack Aviator” for only $39.99. They also have an appetizing “Frostie Visor Wrap”.
