The thing about Vanessa and Angela Simmons is that although they’re really busy, they always have some room for fun. On the third episode of their reality show, Daddy’s Girls, they had themselves some outdoor fun. Too bad things weren’t as good for cousin Jessica as she was left home alone with the super bratty Danielle. A lot of you might not like the girl so much, but if you have a little compassion, you’d see that Danielle isn’t all that bad.
Jess might be pissed that Danielle is throwing food for her dog, Oreo, on her bed. That’s not a really nice thing to do… but maybe Danielle feels unwelcomed and that’s why she pulls an attitude. Come on, look at her, has she even smiled once since she arrived?
Poor thing. It’s good that she moved back to New York, where she can be happier. Besides, don’t you think Angela is playing a little bit unfair this time? Why bunk this girl in with Jess? Maybe things would have been a little bit better if Angela at least shares her own room with Danielle, knowing Vanessa isn’t a big fan of the girl. Any thoughts on this?
Let’s just talk about the camping trip, guys. What do you think about Angela’s outdoor swagger?
Loving the attire. And as silly-looking Vanessa and Shawna were, you’d know they have style. Don’t you just love Nessa’s shades?

Although the fish a waste as Shawna burned it, they still manage to have fun. LOL! Poor fish!
But the best thing about the whole camping out thing is sitting by the fire, talking about stuff and just really bonding with one another!
Until the mountain lion sounds, that is. LOL.
Oh, by the way, before finally deciding on joining the girls on their camping trip, Brian and Jessica checked out the space for the Pastry store. That is some huge space!

So apparently things have been really deep in the relationship department for Vanessa Simmons and you’d never think that Nessa would be so public with her love life. In an interview with Black Voices, Vanessa Simmons uttered the L word to express her feelings for her boo, Michael Wayans.
What can we expect for the second season of ‘Daddy’s Girls’?
Beyond Pastry, although it has grown bigger than anything Angela and I ever expected, I finally introduce my boyfriend that I have been hiding. Well, not hiding, but I am a very private person when it comes to relationships. Everyone’s like, “You can’t keep not saying anything.” So, now it’s out there, and my boyfriend will appear in a couple of the episodes. I am nervous. I can say that. But I love my relationship, and I love my boyfriend. And now it’s out there for everyone to see. You’ll love him just as much as I love him. He’s hilarious. My boyfriend comes from a very funny family.
What is your boyfriend’s name?His name is Michael Wayans. That’s all I’m going to say. That’s my baby, that’s my heart. I love him very, very much.

The new house looked excellent and less cramped compared to the chocolate box apartment they lived in last season (not to mention the eerie similarity to The Hills star Lauren Conrad’s previous pad). The new roommate for cousin Jessica looks antagonistic enough to create a REAL problem. Jess seems to have more of an active role this season, Lynn’s still boy-crazy and… don’t you think the girls look more mature than they did last year? Wow, so much to talk about in one tiny clip!

We all know Angela Simmons loves to accessorize, but what’s with that very large solitaire diamond ring doing on her left ring finger? Doesn’t it make you wonder? Is she engaged? She has had a steady boo since last winter– Oscar “Skillz” Salinas of Grammy-winning producer duo (and brothers) Play-N-Skillz.

Well, while waiting for confirmation, let’s just talk fashion as usual, shall we?
Last weekend, after attending her sister’s birthday bash, she was seen in New York, having lunch with friends at Da Silvano restaurant. Angela then shopped at the American Apparel in the West Village. Effortlessly stylish, Angela trots on the sidewalks of NYC.
Looks very much like a scene from Angela and Vanessa Simmons’ reality show: Daddy’s Girls. Were there any television cameras around?
Okay, take notes girls. Angela’s formula to looking fabulously casual is: a plain white oversized t-shirt + black nylon activewear jacket + black leggings + sandals + aviator shades + loop earrings and last but not least, add a totally different but head-turning color splash: a bright red bag.
Oh and last but not least, invest in people’s love for you. Add a sprinkle of sweet smile, and wave a bit to the paparazzi. Should there be no paparazzi around, just wave hi to people in general. It never hurts to be nice.

So did anybody watch the premiere of the much-anticipated show: Daddy’s Girls? Bet you watched it. So anyway, the cast composition is a little bit different this season. Alycia is no longer a part of the main cast, as she stays back in the old apartment complex. Now, nobody knows whether Alycia is replaced because she was rumored to have a beef with Vanessa Simmons via Twitter a couple of weeks back (check out Vanessa’s blog, Vanessa cut out Alycia out of her pictures… but hey that might just be a coincidence), and she’s replaced with two regulars: Lynn and Brian. Here are the new cast of Daddy’s Girls:
Vanessa and Angela, who are trying to expand Pastry and opening up a store in LA.
What is that boot Vanessa’s rockin’? Is that one of the new upcoming Pastry boots?
Angela still wears that Malachite bracelet. It’s for a good cause and it’s beautiful.
Cousin Jessica turns out to be the balance between Angela and Vanessa. That’s not really visible in season one, but good to see she’s turning significant in the second season.
The newest addition to the regular cast of Daddy’s Girls, replacing Alycia who’s probably busy with her music career. Her name is Lynn. You’ve probably seen her a couple of times in the first season, and now you’re gonna see more of Lynn. She looks fun and while she’s said to be ‘boy crazy’, well… this aspiring model and actress has what it takes to get the finest men in LA anyway!
Brian is the newest member of the bunch. It’s interesting how Vanessa mentioned that they’ve met when they moved to the apartment two years ago in the beginning of the show, but we’ve all never seen him before. Oh well, looks like he’s fun and we’ll be seeing where this goes.
There you go, girls. The full cast of Daddy’s Girls. There will be, of course, the ocassional appearances by Vanessa’s boyfriend, Mike Wayans… and probably Angela’s boyfriend, Skillz. But in the mean time, any thoughts about the main cast, Pastryheads?
