Vanessa and Angela Simmons Create Miracles for Kids

There is such thing as doing good with style and the Simmons sisters are the ones who can pull a do-good swagger.  Stars of reality show “Daddy’s Girls” and creators of your lovely Pastry Shoes: Vanessa and Angela Simmons, visited the Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles to chat and play with some of the patients.  I think they’re having a really good time and looking at these pictures, I am soooo jealous.

Wow, they played GUESSTURES!  That’s one board game I never get tired of. And action!

I just have to ask: is Angela actually wearing a watch from the new Pastry accessories line?  And that mini skirt… I am literally drooling!

Okay, hold up a minute.  Are the Simmons sisters wearing new Pastry shoes??  I can’t wait until they’re available.

Loving Nessa and Ang.  Seriously, all the pastel touches from their wardrobe -and I am pretty sure they’re wearing Pastry-, made them look very sugar and spice and all things nice!  And it’s really a delight to know that both Vanessa and Angela are supporters of the Children’s Miracle Network, a non-profit organization that raises funds for more than 170 children’s hospital.  The organization helps sick and injured kids in local communities, and the donations they receive are used for funding medical care, research and education that saves and improves the lives of 17 million children each year.

So what kind of treatment do they help out for?  Many!  The Children’s Miracle Network helps children of all ages and backgrounds to receive treatment for every imaginable disease and injury, from asthma and broken bones to cancer and heart defects.  You know, this year alone, Children’s Miracle Network hospitals will provide charity care worth of billions of dollars, yet these children’s hospitals depend on community support to help fund their vital services.  Since its founding in 1983, the Children’s Miracle Network has raised more than $3.4 billion to date, and can you believe it, most of which is donated a dollar or two at a time by those who care.

I get chills imagining how a dollar can help change someone’s life.  So follow the lead of Nessa and Ang, Pastryheads.  Your dollar can make a difference!
